Coronation Street confirms tragedy as unexpected discovery is made in new spoiler videos
Coronation Street serves up dramatic scenes next week, as confirmed in my new spoiler videos, with unexpected discoveries made as various residents embark on missions of their own.
Bethany Platt (Lucy Fallon) is determined to take legal action against the clinic that performed her surgery and thus she enlists the help of Adam Barlow (Sam Robertson), who has big news to share.
Adam is a busy man during the week in question as he’s also tasked with reading Les Battersby’s (Bruce Jones) will for his loved ones, with a surprising discovery made in the process.
Shona Platt (Julia Goulding), meanwhile, wants answers from the prison about Clayton’s wellbeing in the lead up to his hospitalisation – with David (Jack P Shepherd) on tenterhooks as she makes a beeline for the prison.
It’s going to be quite a week in Weatherfield, that’s for sure!
If you’d like a first look at the drama to come then you needn’t worry about waiting until next week as I’ve got you three clips of the action below, so let the watching commence.
Monday December 2
Shona speaks to the prison governor in a bid to find out who paid Clayton a visit prior to his attempt on his own life. The governor keeps tight-lipped, revealing that he is not allowed to divulge such information.
David squirms during the scenes, fearing the truth might come out as he attempts to usher Shona out of the office. But his actions seemingly raise her suspicions.
Is Shona starting to realise that David was the visitor?
Wednesday December 4
Leanne, Toyah, Nick, Chesney, Kirk and Fiz gather at the law office for Les’ will reading. Everyone is shocked when Adam reveals that Les’ employers at the abattoir are willing to pay £50,000 – but only if they agree to sign an NDA.
Chesney reckons there is something dodgy about this while Leanne struggles to process the news, asking Nick to join her for some air outside. Toyah’s interest is piqued by Leanne’s closeness to her ex.
Friday December 6
Bethany receives a visit from Adam, who explains that she would need an expert lawyer to sue the clinic for negligence – however this will inevitably be an expensive process.
Adam reveals that one of the clinic’s shareholders lives in the UK, and Bethany could argue for compensation through them. But Bethany is left reeling when she realises who it is.
