There’s terrifying scenes ahead for Carla Connor (Alison King) in Coronation Street next week, as our spoiler video reveals the moment a sinister villain tries to intimidate her.
Next week sees the Underworld boss in court after she was involved in a hit-and-run accident back in July.
Fans will remember how the incident happened after Carla came across a group of teenagers hassling Roy Cropper (David Neilson).
After giving them a mouthful, she climbed back into her car but failed to spot one of the lads cycling towards her. And as she opened the door, the teen was was knocked off his bike.
Carla then sped off, but the incident was witnessed by Betsy Swain (Sydney Martin), who used her knowledge as a way to blackmail her.
Eventually, the truth came out when Betsy let slip about the incident during an argument with her mum DS Lisa Swain (Vicky Myers), hurt about the amount of time she had been spending with Carla.
Our spoiler video from Monday’s episode reveals how Carla and nephew Ryan Connor (Ryan Prescott) come face to face with Tom – the dad of the lad she knocked over – at court.
He’s furious she only receives a light sentence after she is handed a medium-level community order and ordered to pay victim compensation.
Ryan steps in to protect her as Tom’s dad tries to physically intimidate her, as she brands him a ‘total loser’ who is to blame for his son’s poor behaviour.
As Ryan ushers Carla out, a menacing look suggests Carla has just made herself a new enemy – what will he do next?
