Coronation Street spoilers: Evil Mason Radcliffe targets Dylan Wilson after nearly driving Liam Connor to suicide
As the next part of Liam Connor’s (Charlie Wrenshall) bullying storyline begins in Coronation Street, Mason Radcliffe (Luca Toolan) turns his attention to Dylan Wilson (Liam McCheyne), determined to not face the consequences after his actions.
After being relentlessly bullied by Mason, Dylan and their gang, Liam struggled to see a way out of his nightmare and started researching ways to end his life.
As Maria (Samia Longchambon) and Gary (Mikey North) grew concerned, it was a teacher finding Liam’s search history on his laptop that led to his parents making the devasating discovery.
Fortunately, Maria and Gary found Liam in time and listened as he explained how he wanted to find a way to stop what he was feeling.
In the aftermath, Maria took Liam to see Doctor Gaddas and get help. She explained Liam will be referred to a mental health unit but due to the long waiting list, Maria must keep an eye on him in the meantime.
Now the truth about Liam’s bullying has been revealed, Mrs Crawshaw from Weatherfield High School has to focus on who was responsible.
At Eileen’s (Sue Cleaver), Sean (Antony Cotton) makes Dylan promise to give Mrs Crawshaw the names of the bullies.
However, when he reads a threatening text from Mason, Dylan is left visibly scared.
Later, after showing the headteacher texts on his phone, Dylan feels the pressure when she asks him to name the other bullies.
Towards the end of the week, Dylan finds a message from Mason on his phone – but what will it reveal?
If he complies and names Mason, what will this mean for Dylan?
This development comes ahead of the return of Dylan’s mum Violet, played by Jenny Platt.
How will Violet react to learn of her son’s involvement in Liam’s horrific ordeal?
