A CORONATION Street has quit the show – with her final scenes already filmed.
Luana Santos took to social media to announce her departure from the cobbles.
The 18-year-old joined the soap in 2023, playing the role of Max’s girlfriend Sabrina.
However, after just a year she’s filmed her final scenes on the long-running ITV soap.
Posting a behind-the-scenes snap with her co-star Jack Carroll, Luana wrote: “ Last day with Corrie… thanks for everything @coronationstreet.
“Drama school here I come.”
The Sun reached out to Coronation Street.
Luana’s exit storyline is not yet known but fans were left fearing Sabrina could be evil Joel Deering’s next victim.
The latest departure comes after The Sun revealed how Corrie was plunged into chaos by Sean Wilson’s shock axe.
Sean, 59, was brought back by soap bosses as part of Helen Worth’s final scenes as Gail Platt after 50 years.
However, he was called into a meeting with bosses before leaving the cobbles and his scenes rewritten.
A source told The Sun on Sunday: “Never before has a departure been so sudden or secretive.
“He went to the boss’s office and didn’t return. It has been a huge shock to everybody.
“And it is so sad after all these years that he isn’t going to be in Helen’s final scenes — it is something that she really wanted to happen.
“The writers spent months putting it together so it’d be a blockbuster ending. There’ll now be new scenes but nobody knows what they are.”
