Lisa Swain ‘discovers’ who killed her ex Becky in Coronation Street – and it’s someone we know
DS Lisa Swain (Vicky Myers) is set to make a shocking discovery surrounding her wife Becky’s death in upcoming Coronation Street scenes.
Lisa recently confided in Carla Connor (Alison King) that Becky had died on duty, having also been a police officer.
She explained how Becky had been chasing an assailant, who jumped into a getaway car and mowed her down, with Becky dying at the scene.
In upcoming scenes, Lisa is left horrified when Carla is attacked in the factory, and ends up in hospital.
Lisa sits by her bedside, willing her to pull through, before later confronting the suspect.
It is Matty Radcliffe (Seamus McGoff) who is pulled in for questioning, though things don’t go entirely to plan.
He is smug as Alya Nazir (Sair Khan) makes a statement corroborating his alibi, before making a dig about Becky’s death.
Lisa is absolutely furious, and reasons that he must have had something to do with it.
When Lisa arrives at the station, she and Kit Green (Jacob Roberts) are confronted by Alya, who shows them a picture from one of her clients, who claims he is a victim of police harassment.
Lisa attempts to convince Kit that she merely bumped into the boys, but he doesn’t believe her.
Could Lisa be set to get in serious trouble in her quest for the truth?
