Paul’s terrifying death scene ‘confirmed’ in Coronation Street – and someone close is to blame
Kit Green (Jacobs Roberts) proves he really hasn’t changed a great deal in Coronation Street this coming week as he gets into a tense situation with his dying brother Paul Foreman (Peter Ash).
Shortly after it was confirmed Kit is Bernie Winter’s (Jane Hazlegrove) long-lost son, we learnt he had absolutely no intention of reconnecting with her due to the hurt he felt surrounding being put up for adoption.
Things seemingly changed, however, due to an intervention from Paul.
Gathering the family together, Paul explained to them via his Eyegaze machine that he needs everyone – including Kit – to start getting along because he’s dying and doesn’t want them fighting during the last period of his life.
It was enough for Bernie and Gemma Winter (Dolly-Rose Campbell) to hug and put their troubles in the past but for Kit, while he agreed, he couldn’t quite manage the family embrace just yet.
Coming up, Kit moves into Glenda Shuttleworth’s (Jodie Prenger) old room at the pub and realises it’s gossip central, which will serve him nicely.
That evening, Paul gathers with his loved ones for a family dinner, but is disappointed when he realises Kit isn’t going to turn up.
In the week, Kit visits Paul, who plays him a message and implores him to forgive Bernie for the sake of the family. A stubborn Kit refuses, but when Paul suddenly finds himself struggling for breath, Kit is thrown into a panic.
But what will happen next?
Can Kit organise help in time?
